Pressing, Packaging & Sorting
High-speed pressing up to 350 Tons force
For logistical or melt-technical reasons, your materials may need to be pressed into packages. Hohenwalt Recycling has at its disposal several high-speed presses with a pressing force up to 350 tons. Afterwards, the packages (40cm x 40cm or 30cm x 30cm) are neatly stacked on pallets and sufficiently secured to guarantee they can be safely transported to their final destination. The dimensions and/or loaded weights of the pallets are in accordance with your specifications. Of course loose transportation of the packages in bulk is also available.
Sorting
It frequently occurs that batches of scrap (aluminium) are contaminated with foreign materials, such as free iron, stainless steel, plastic, etc. Hohenwalt Recycling can sort these batches for you in order to create a homogenous quality. If required we provide the old fashioned manual labor for this process as well. Also we have magnetising equipment which can separate ferromagnetic materials out of non-ferro materials. Afterwards, it is of course possible to have the material pressed into packages.
