Due to their dimensions, some batches can be problematic for further processing in the recycling process. This includes, for example, aluminium profiles exceeding 2 meters in length. If needed, we have the capabilities to cut to required dimensions.

Another common material flow is aluminium sheet/foil on coils with iron or carton cores. Hohenwalt Recycling can cut these coils open and remove the core. Subsequently, the core-free aluminium sheets/foil obtained can be pressed into packages, if so desired.

We also offer size reduction of e.g. Alu sows/billets/slabs ( weight per piece max. 13 Tons).
